Spend management

Cap your Snapvisor usage costs with a per-period spend limit, and optionally pause builds when the limit is reached. For usage-based plans.

On a usage-based plan, spend management lets you cap what a team can spend on additional screenshots in a billing period — and decide what happens when it hits the cap.

Setting a spend limit

In your team's settings, set a spend limit for the billing period. Snapvisor tracks usage against it using your plan's additional-screenshot pricing and your subscription currency, so you always know where you stand.

Pausing builds at the limit

Turn on pause builds and, once the limit is reached, Snapvisor stops accepting new builds across all of the team's projects until the next period or until you raise the cap. Leave it off to keep building past the limit and simply be billed for the overage.

Pausing applies to every project on the team, so a single busy project can pause the others. Set the limit with your whole team's throughput in mind.
