Post a comment (or reply) on a media
Post a comment on an uploaded media. Start a new thread, or reply to an existing one with `threadId`. Pass an `anchor` to pin the comment to a point on the image — normalized coordinates, so it survives any scaling — which is how a reviewer marks up a screenshot. Use it when the user wants to leave feedback on an uploaded image or video.

List the comments on an uploaded media, oldest first. A comment may carry an `anchor` pinning it to a point on the image, which is how reviewers mark up a screenshot. Use it to read the review discussion on an uploaded image or video.
Get a single comment on a media GET
Retrieve a single comment on a media by its ID. Use it when you have a comment ID and need its full content.
