Terms of Service
The agreement between you and Devino Solutions for use of Snapvisor. Last updated: 2026-07-24.
Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Snapvisor, a visual regression testing service operated by Devino Solutions ("we", "us", "our"), including the website (snapvisor.io), the application (app.snapvisor.io), the REST API (api.snapvisor.io), and the MCP server (mcp.snapvisor.io). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
Snapvisor captures screenshots from your test suite, compares them against an approved baseline, and posts the result as a status check on your pull or merge requests. Features and plans are described on our pricing section and in the documentation. We may change, add, or remove features over time.
Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials and access tokens secure. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the service to violate any law or infringe anyone's rights.
- Do not upload content you do not have the right to process, or attempt to breach, overload, or disrupt the service.
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, organizations, or systems.
Your content
You retain ownership of the screenshots, code references, and other content you upload ("Your Content"). You grant us the limited rights needed to store and process Your Content to operate the service for you. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to upload it.
Plans, billing, and trials
Paid plans are billed through Stripe on the terms shown at checkout. The Free plan and any trial period are provided as described at sign-up. Fees are charged for the applicable billing period; usage above your plan's included amount may incur additional charges as described on the pricing page. You can manage or cancel your subscription from your account.
Third-party services
Snapvisor integrates with third-party services such as GitHub, GitLab, Google, and Stripe. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.
Open source
Snapvisor is built on a proven open-source visual-diff engine. The engine and SDKs are available under their respective open-source licenses; these Terms govern the hosted Snapvisor service rather than your independent use of the open-source components. See Open source.
Termination
You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the service in a way that harms us, other users, or the service. On termination, your right to use the service ends; sections that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Devino Solutions will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost data or profits, arising from your use of the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms as the service evolves. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of Snapvisor after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
